This hefeweizen has a light amber color, slightly cloudy due to the suspended yeasts, and a white, abundant and persistent foam. On the nose there are slightly sweet notes of malt, hints of citrus fruits and yeast. An initial sweet note emerges in the mouth which gives way to hints of hops, wheat and yeast.
