PREMIUS SAUVIGNON BLANC
                        Premius Sauvignon is made from a prefermentation maceration. The wine is pressed and then decanted at low temperature. The fermentation is done at a controlled temperature (16�C - 18�C) in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on fine lees for several months to develop its flavour and roundness.�
