Made from Carricante grapes. Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing serves up fresh lime and green apple scents infused with wild herbs, slate and smoky minerals. Light and snappy the elegant palate features Granny Smith apple and lime fruits which intermesh with volcanic rock, fresh Mediterranean herbs and flinty mineral elements. Finishes very dry and crisp with a zingy mineral laced aftertaste.
